Investigation and analysis of a mushroom poisoning in Hejin Shanxi Lang Nan, Wu Liming, Li Haijiao, Zhou Jing, Yuan Yuan, Sun Jian, He Qian, Sun Chengye

Abstract
ObjectiveAnalyzing on-site disposal process of a mushroom poisoning in Hejin Shanxi, and providing references for future similar emergency disposal.
MethodsWe collected epidemiological investigation, clinical treatment data and suspicious poisonous mushroom sample. Mushroom sample was identified by molecular analysis.
ResultsEpidemiological investigation found that all patients ate different quantity fried mushroom and the latency was 0.5-1.5 h. Clinical manifestation was nausea, emesis, stomachache, diarrhea, salivation, and weak; in addition 4 people had the clinical symptoms of miosis and blurred vision, and 2 people had abnormal liver function index. Being treated with gastric lavage, protecting liver, diuresis and supporting treatment, all patients cured discharged from hospital after 8 days. The mushroom sample was identified Coprinopsis atramentaria, Coprinus comatus and Inocybe cf rimosa.
ConclusionsCoprinopsis atramentaria, Coprinus comatus and Inocybe cf rimosa were poisonous mushroom. According to epidemiology, clinical feature and molecular biological identification, the accident can be confirmed a more than one species poisonous mushroom poisoning incident.
