Abstract
:Traditional teachingmethods could not meet the needs for training the medical talents for 21st century. Thereform of higher medical education with the assistant of modem educational technology isimperative. Modern educational technology has unparalleled advantages, but it has owninsufficienty.Combining the advantages of traditional teaching, teachers' personalcharacteristics and multimedia teaching, is the right way to improve the effectiveness ofteaching.
