Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the expression of miR-regulated bundling protein and invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).
MethodsA retrospective study was performed on 68 cases of patients with LSCC who were admitted from January 2015 to January 2018.There were 37 males and 31 females. The average age was 59.5 years and ranged from 30 to 80 years.Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression of miR-regulated bundling protein in the protein level of 68 cases of LSCC, and the relationship between miR-regulated bundling protein expression and LSCC invasion and metastasis was analyzed by single factor analysis.
ResultsThe positive rate of miR-regulated bundling protein in normal laryngeal mucosa was 0, that in atypical laryngeal hyperplasia tissues was 40.0%(8/20), and that in LSCC tissues was 67.6%(46/68), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression of miR-regulated bundling protein was compared in the presence and absence of cervical lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of miR-regulated bundling protein in LSCC showed a positive correlation.
ConclusionMiR-regulated bundling protein expression is closely related to LSCC invasion and metastasis, and combined detection has certain clinical significance.
