Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the knee joint function and relative factors of patients with postoperative knee anterior cruciate ligament injury.
MethodsA total of 70 patients, who acquired knee anterior cruciate ligament injury and treated by an ACL reconstruction, were selected in our joint injury outpatient reviewed as sample. Self-designed questionnaire was utilized to investigate patients′ rehabilitation training and knee joint range of motion (ROM), and the Chinese general self-efficacy scale (GSES) was investigated the patient′s self-efficacy. A total of 70 questionnaires distributed and collected, but 67 of them were effective.
ResultsIn 67 patients, the average score of rehabilitation training was (3.05±0.51) points, average score of ROM (3.35±0.76), and average score of GSES (2.90±0.45) points. Rehabilitation training was positively correlated with general self-efficacy and ROM (P<0.05).
ConclusionsThe patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury should undergo corresponding measures, which is a important significance to promote the recovery of knee joint function.
