MethodsTotally 311 CHD patients from 4 community service centers in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province between March and September 2017, were selected by convenient sampling, and investigated with the General Information Questionnaire and Resourcefulness Scale. And statistical analysis was conducted with Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 24.0.
ResultsThe resourcefulness score of the 311 CHD patients was (71.23±15.02) , including (41.06±10.40) for personal resourcefulness and (30.14±5.60) for social resourcefulness. According to the multivariate regression analysis, age, educational level, personal monthly income, length of illness and the number of complicated chronic diseases were the major influencing factors of resourcefulness level of CHD patients (P<0.01) .
