Abstract
Diabetes patients need lifelong disease self-management, therefore they are with diabetes-related distress. Diabetes-related distress has negative influence on the correct insulin injection, glucose control and disease self-management of type 1 diabetes patients. On the basis of describing the current situation of diabetes-related distress in adolescents with type 1 diabetes, this paper reviewed the influencing factors, assessment tools, intervention of diabetes related distress so as to provide a basis for study on diabetes related distress in adolescents with type 1 diabetes.
