Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection on expression of serum interleukin -6 (IL-6), interleukin-27(IL-27) and myelin basic protein (MBP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction .
MethodsA total of 77 patients with acute cerebral infarction in General Hospital of Shanxi Taiyuan iron and steel (Group) Co., Ltd. from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected, Grouping by random number table, 38 cases in the control group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection, and 39 cases in the study group were treated with extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection. The effects and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed and compared. The neurological function (NIHSS) score, hemorheology and serum levels of IL-6, IL-27 and MBP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results①The total effective rate in the study group(97.44%) was higher than that in the control group (78.95%, P<0.05). ② The NIHSS scores in the two groups decreased after treatment, and the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). ③After treatment, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and high blood viscosity in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). ④Serum levels of IL-6, IL-27 and MBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). ⑤ The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(7.69%) was not significantly different from that in the control group (2.63%, P>0.05).
ConclusionsThe treatment of extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction is effective. It can improve its nerve function and hemorrheology significantly, and reduce the levels of IL-6, IL-27 and MBP, and it is safe.
