Abstract
ObjectiveTo understand the clinical characteristics, diagnosis methods and treatment of nonimmunosuppressed invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
MethodsThe clinical manifestation, bronchoscope examination, microbiology, pathological diagnosis and treatment of one case of nonimmunosuppressed invasive pulmonary aspergillosis were analyzed. The literatures of nonimmunosuppressed invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in China and other countries from 1978 to 2016 were reviewed, and the clinical characteristics of the patients were summarized.
ResultsThe pathological diagnosis of this patient through percutaneous lung biopsy showed Aspergillus infection. The literature review of 16 cases showed that nonimmunosuppressed invasive pulmonary aspergillosis was rare and easily missed.
ConclusionsFor nonimmunosuppressed patients, the possibility of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis should be considered.Clinical manifestations and imaging diversity due to invasiveness and allergy of Aspergillus may be helpful for early diagnosis.
