Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of quality nursing management in obstetrics.
MethodsA total of 200 pregnant women who were admitted to this hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The random number table method was used to divided the study subjects into study group(quality nursing management) and the control group(routine nursing management), 100 cases of each group. The rate of cesarean section and the rate of perineal cutting were recorded in two groups(service attitude, professional technology, health education, psychological care and ward management). The quality of care of the two groups were compared (basic nursing, nursing care, nursing record, three basic test, nursing management).
ResultsCompared with the control group, the rate of cesarean section and the cutting rate of the perineal side of the study group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). The study group's service attitude, professional technology, healthy education, psychological nursing and ward management were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The study group's basic nursing, nursing care, nursing record, three basic test and nursing management score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).
ConclusionsQuality nursing management can reduce the rate of cesarean section rate and the lateral cutting rate of the perineum, improve the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
