And accumulate the evidence experience for the quality diagnosis and treatment service of this kind of special group.
MethodsA total of 82 cases of acute coronary heart disease patients treated in the department of cardiology of our hospital from February 2014 to July 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 41 cases of each group. The control group carried out the traditional nursing care.Based on the control group, the research group introduced the emotion nursing strategy based on the five elements theory of TCM.Two groups of patients were evaluated by self-rating scale in the first weekend before and after the intervention. Both groups were evaluated by the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and the depression self-rating scale (SDS) on the first weekend before and after intervention.
ResultsThe scores of somatic symptoms of the two groups before intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05). After intervention, the group's somatization, compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, bigotry and psychotic score were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups' negative emotion scores before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
