Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of nursing clinical pathway in special wards.
MethodsA total of 40 patients admitted in the special hospital ward from January 2015 to January 2016 were set as the control group and all the patients received routine nursing. In addition, 40 patients who were admitted to the special wards of the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were set up as the observation group, and all patients were nursed under the nursing clinical pathway.
ResultsCompared with the conventional nursing mode, the nursing quality indexes of the two groups were significantly different after the application of nursing clinical pathway. The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After different nursing interventions, the scores of indexs of the self-rating scale (SCL-90) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After different nursing interventions, the comparison of QLQ-C30 scores showed a statistically significant difference between groups, and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After different nursing interventions, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 99.00%, which was higher than that of the control group's 94.50%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
ConclusionsThe nursing effect of nursing clinical pathway for patients in the special wards is obvious. It can improve nursing quality, improve clinical symptoms and quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
