Abstract
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is the most common hematological malignant tumor in China. Under the influence of various carcinogenic factors, carcinogenesis occur through various mechanisms including activation of protooncogene point-mutation deletion of tumor suppressor gene, rearrangement or gene amplification, which eventually lead to tumor progression. In recent years, with the development of gene detection technology, more and more leukemia prognosis genes have been found and applied in clinical treatment, evaluation of prognosis and recurrence.
