Current status and progress of lung ventilation/perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism

Abstract
With the progress of a variety of noninvasive imaging techniques, the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary embolism has been greatly improved. Lung ventilation/perfusion imaging is still the most important examination in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Its imaging technology and image interpretation criteria are very important. This article mainly reviews the application status of lung ventilation/perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, the comparison of different imaging methods and the latest research progress of new technology.
