Abstract
With the continuous development of high throughput transcriptome analysis and further research of epigenetics, more and more studies have shown that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) have involved in the osteogenesis and adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), which have also become a hot spot in the field of orthopedic research. This review summarizes the research progress in the role and mechanism of lncRNA in regulating osteogenesis and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs.
