Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Wenweishu granule combined with triple therapy on gastric ulcer and its influence on clinical symptoms and serological indexes.
MethodsFrom January 2016 to January 2017, 60 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg + amoxicillin capsule 1 g + clarithromycin 0.5 g, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Wenweishu granule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, serological indexes, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.
ResultsAfter treatment, the clinical symptom score of abdominal pain, acid reflux, abdominal distension, anorexia of the observation group were (1.07±0.28), (1.54±0.36), (1.03±0.18), (0.93±0.27), which were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (76.67%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serological indexes PGⅠ, PGⅡ, G-17 of the observation group were (125.68±14.05) ng/L, (27.37±3.25) ng/L, (384.69±50.24) pmol/L, which were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group (13.33%) and the observation group (6.67%) (P>0.05).
ConclusionWenweishu granule combined with triple therapy has a good therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer, which can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment, improve the clinical symptoms and serological indicators of the patients, with high safety, worthy of clinical application.
