Practice of participatory teaching method in teaching of sexual medicine

Abstract
In order to improve the teaching quality of the sexual medicine curriculum,we carried out the practice of a participatory style of teaching in SUN Yat-sen University,including case discussion,expert lectures,knowledge competitions,and many other flexible forms and a variety of contents.The result showed that students' learning consciousness and performance was improved in sexual medicine course.In the lively learning atmosphere,the participatory style of teaching practice not only helped medical students to master the required clinical skills but also helped teachers to obtain good training.
