Analysis of current situation and development strategy of talents cultivation of nursing for the aged in China

Abstract
Disability the elderly pension institutions of our country in the future the main service object, the group number, fast growth, and there is a part of life, loss of the ability of the prevalence of various diseases, complicated problems such as high risk, urgent need for nursing professional nursing team and socialization. The current pension institutions to nursing staff as the main care provider, the team technical content is low, the degree of specialization is poor, unable to provide high level of nursing service to the elderly increasing loss. Discipline and professional nursing training in China, there is a late start, slow development, small scale, single level training, quality is uneven, has seriously restricted the development of pension services. Therefore, we need to promote the construction of the aged care professional education system, improve the quality of education and teaching, to strengthen the continuing education of employees and other measures, to cultivate a sufficient quantity, reasonable structure, high degree of specialization, the better quality of the nursing personnel for the pension agency, to meet our people, especially the demand for care of the disabled elderly.
