Analysis and reflection of clinical skills test results in medical licensing examination of assistant physician

Abstract
ObjectiveTo provide new reference for improve medical Licensing examination of assistant physician.
MethodsThe data related to the clinical skills test of medical licensing examination of assistant physician during 2014~2017 were collected and analyzed and the situation in 2016 was emphatically analyzed.
ResultsThe pass rate of different educational background groups were basically stable, and the longer education history of the applicants, the higher the pass rate in same year. The pass rate of those who had taken more than once examination were higher than those first. The overall level of mastery of each test module was stable among years.
ConclusionsThe pass rate and mastery of clinical skills test complies with the test design. The examination played an important role in improving and guiding clinical practice ability of assistant physicians.
