Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the results of clinical skill test after the standardized training for assistant general practitioner in Beijing.
MethodsThe data covered test results in 2018 , 2019 and 2020 of the assistant general practitioner standardized training in Beijing and analyzed for the difficulty coefficient, differentiation degree and reliability and compared the passing rate of the trainees.
ResultsThe overall difficulty coefficients of the test were 0.789, 0.776 and 0.815, respectively. The differentiation degrees of the examination were 0.206, 0.218 and 0.212, respectively. The reliabilities of the test were 0.537, 0.528 and 0.503 respectively. The overall passing rate recorded in the period from 2018 to 2020 ranged from 65.9% to 86.0%. The passing rate of patients' assessment ranged from 87.6% to 98.6%. The passing rate of skill test from 2018 to 2020 ranged from 89.9% to 95.8% and from 79.8% to 87.4% for auxiliary test.
ConclusionsThe quality of the test was stable and reliable. The trainees have good performance in patients' assessment, but the clinical skill and auxiliary examination need to be strengthened. The training base institutions should provide the trainees with sufficient opportunity for clinical skill training.
