Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of three-level management mode combined with objective decomposition method in pre-job operation training of new nurses, so as to provide guidance for improving clinical adaptability.
MethodsA total of 252 new nurses in 2017 and 2018 were selected, and the nurses in 2017 were set as the control group and the new nurses in 2018 as the observation group. The traditional training mode was adopted in the control group, and the three-level management mode was adopted in the observation group, that is, the nursing department with teaching-district with teaching-department with teaching layer by layer responsible, and the training was carried out step by step combined with the goal decomposition method. After the training, the operation examination scores, comprehensive operation ability and teaching satisfaction of the nurses in the two groups were compared.
ResultsThe score of operation examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the comprehensive ability of operation in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the observation group was more satisfied with the operation training mode than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01 orP<0.05).
ConclusionsThe implementation of three-level management mode combined with goal decomposition method for operation training is helpful to improve the effect of operation training and teaching satisfaction of new nurses, further improve the ability of clinical adaptability and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
