Abstract
B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein 1(Blimp-1) is an important transcription molecules to regulate the function of B lymphocyte and T lymphocyte. In the process of antigen stimulating B lymphocytes into plasma cells to secrete antibodies, the expression of important genes that maintain the phenotype and function of B cells can be down-regulated, and the expression of key genes that maintain the phenotype and characteristics of plasma cells can be up-regulated, which plays a key role in the differentiation of plasma cells.CD4+ T cells showed high expression of Blimp-1 in non-(Follicular T cells)Tfh cells.Blimp-1 at the physiological level can seriously impair the ability of CD4+ T cells to differentiate into Tfh cells. The symptoms of immune-related disease can be improved by Blimp-1 regulating lymphocyte which is expected to become a novel therapeutic target.
