Abstract
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can produce a large number of growth factors, which plays an important role in accelerating wound healing, promoting tissue regeneration/repair, and relieving pain. PRP is widely used in many clinical disciplines. There is no uniform standard for PRP preparation technology, which leads to the unrepeated or inconsistent results of PRP research and seriously restricts the clinical applications. This consensus describes PRP preparation technology, PRP quality control to provide academic basis and guidance for the standardization of PRP preparation technology.
