Abstract
In order to improve the surgical quality safety management system, enhance the rescue efficiency of emergency and critically ill patients, ensure intraoperative patient safety, reduce mortality and nursing adverse events, the research team, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine, systematically integrate the best evidence in both Chinese and English, and extensively solicit opinions from medical and nursing experts in relevant fields, develop theoretical and practical guidance for intraoperative nursing management of emergency and critically ill patients in the Operating Room, forming the consensus on surgical care for emergency and critically ill patients. This consensus aims to address potential issues in intraoperative management of emergency and critically ill patients to the greatest extent possible, improve the rescue efficiency of emergency and critically ill patients. At the same time, this consensus provides a scientific and standardized intraoperative nursing management plan for emergency and critically ill patients for Operating Room nurses, thereby comprehensively improving the quality and safety of surgical care.
