Abstract
Maternal-infant attachment refers to the strong emotional connection and spiritual bond between the baby and the mother, which is gradually formed in the parent-child interaction between the baby and the mother. When exploring unfamiliar environments, babies take their mother as their safe base.As the first relationship of infants, the mother-child relationship is the basis of the later peer relationship and the adult relationship, and has a profound impact on the baby's cognition, personality and behavior. There are many factors that can influence the development of mother-child attachment, including child-related factors (such as the baby's temperament and physical condition), parent-related factors (such as the parents' attachment type and mother's sensitivity), and family caregiving factors (such as parenting style and family environment). The interaction of these three factors ultimately shapes the various types of attachment formed between mothers and infants.
