Abstract
With the development and progress of medical information, anesthesia information management systems have developed from simple and automated intraoperative recording functions to data governance capabilities and gradually moving towards digital and intelligent data processing. Anesthesia information management has been applied to the entire perioperative work, encompassing anesthesia records, management, quality control, scientific research and teaching, and has achieved good clinical effects. However, the current understanding and application of anesthesia information management by clinical physicians is still relatively low. This expert consensus focuses on the construction and application of anesthesia information management systems, with an emphasis on key issues such as the system′s functions and features, deployment path and standard, data acquisition and safety and clinical application. It aims to provide reference for clinicians and researchers dedicated to the study of anesthesia informatics.
