Application effect of cluster nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke after interventional surgery

Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze application effect of cluster nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke after interventional surgery.
MethodsA total of 74 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted and treated in Liaocheng People's Hospital in Shandong province from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected by the convenient sampling method. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control groupand the observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given intravascular intervention and high-quality nursing while the observation group was given cluster nursing model on this basis.Postoperative neurological function, activity of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
ResultsAfter intervention, score of National Institute of Health Stroke Scaleof the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05) . The Barthel index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05) .The dimensions scores of Generic Quality LifeInventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) .
ConclusionsCluster nursing has a positive effect on activity of daily living of patients with acute ischemic stroke after interventional surgery and it can also effectively improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients.Therefore, it is recommended to further promote it in clinical practice.
