Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of the hierarchical management based on comprehensive quantitative risk assessment strategy in psychiatric inpatients.

The incidence of accidental events was compared between the two groups of patients.
ResultsThe incidence of accidental events in the observation group was 1.87%, lower than 3.54% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .
ConclusionsThe hierarchical management based on a comprehensive quantitative risk assessment can reduce the incidence of accidental risk events in psychiatric inpatients.
