Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of family participatory operation decision-making management model in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .
MethodsFrom January 2020 to June 2021, 80 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by PCI in the Wuxi People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research object. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received the family participatory operation decision-making management model on this basis. The Medical Outcomes Study 12-item Short-form Health Survey (SF-12) and the Family Burden of Disease Scale (FBS) were used to compare the quality of life and family burden of the two groups on the day of discharge and six months after discharge.
ResultsAfter intervention, the SF-12 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the FBS score was lower than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05) .
ConclusionsThe family participatory operation decision-making management model can reduce the disease family burden in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
