Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of ocular acupuncture combined with clopidogrel and atorvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on hemorheology and neurological deficits.
MethodsNinety patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Shanxi Ophthalmological Hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group (treated with clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin) and observation group (treated with eye acupuncture combined with clopidogrel and atorvastatin), with 45 cases in each group. The neurological deficit scores, hemodynamic parameters and the total effective rate of the two groups were recorded and compared before and after treatment.
ResultsThe fibrinogen and D-Dimer of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, and the levels of fibrinogen and D-Dimer of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P all<0.05). After treatment, the BI scores of the two groups were significantly increased, the mRS scores and NIHSS scores were significantly decreased, and the indicators of observation group were improved more significantly(P all<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 95.56%(43/45), significantly higher the 75.56%(34/45)control group (P<0.05).
ConclusionsThe curative effect of eye acupuncture combined with clopidogrel and atorvastatin on cerebral infarction is significant, which has significance in the improvement of hemorheology and neurological function.
