Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic value of 320 slices low iodine and low tube voltage computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) for acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
MethodsA total of 200 patients newly diagnosed as ACS in Taiyuan Central Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected. All of them received CTCA and coronary angiography (CAG) examinations. Then the values of CTCA on target vessel stenosis were analyzed.
ResultsThere was no significant difference between the mean segment of CTCA and CAG (t=0.125, P=0.869). With target vessel position determined by CAG as standard, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CTCA were 86.9%, 96.7%, 76.8% and 98.2%, respectively. There was no significant difference between CTCA and CAG in the diagnosis of stenosis of target vessel segment (P>0.05).
ConclusionsUsing 320 slices CTCA with low iodine and low tube voltage in the diagnosis of ACS has good safety and accuracy, which has equal value to CAG in diagnosing stenosis degree and position of target vessel.
