Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of drospirone and ethinylestradiol tablets combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system (LNG-IUS) on endometrial hyperplasia (EH) without atypical hyperplasia.
MethodsA total of 105 patients with EH without atypical hyperplasia who were admitted to Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for the study. All study patients had complete data, met relevant EH diagnostic criteria, and signed informed consent. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into observation group ( 53 cases) and control group (52 cases) . The control group was treated with LNG-IUS. The endometrial thickness, menstrual period, menstrual cycle and ovarian reserve function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions between the two groups were statistically analyzed.
ResultsComparison of endometrial thickness, menstrual period and menstrual cycle between groups before treatment, P>0.05. After treatment, these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05); the number of ovarian antral follicles (AFC), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05) ; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
ConclusionsEH without atypical hyperplasia LNG-IUS combined with drospirolestradiol and ethinylestradiol tablets can improve the endometrial thickness, menstrual period and menstrual cycle, and the safety is high, the impact on ovarian reserve function is less.
