Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the use of adverse reactions in patients with cerebrovascular drugs occurred gender and age relationship.
MethodsUsing cerebrovascular drugs in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 after the adverse reactions in patients selected 200 patients were analyzed retrospectively, including 128 cases of male (64%), 72 cases were female (36%). 60 years of age or older in 117 patients (58.50%), < 60 years old in 83 patients (41.50%), the data analysis on the adverse reaction.
ResultsThe occurrence rate of adverse reactions of male patients was higher than that of control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05), different ages of patients with adverse reactions of different, 50~59 years old and 60~69 years old age in two patients occurred adverse reaction rate are the highest, with significant difference (P < 0.05).
ConclusionsCerebrovascular drugs can cause a lot of adverse reactions, and adverse reaction occurred in the age and gender of patients have a greater relationship.
