Abstract
At present, in the field of regenerative medicine, hydrogels with good biocompatibility, degradability and porosity have been used to load exosomes. The combined application with hydrogels can prevent exosomes from being removed prematurely, and by placing the hydrogel containing exosomes directly on or near the target site, a more concentrated exosomes dose can be ensured and a sustained and more obvious therapeutic effect can be provided. However, there are not many studies on the loading of hydrogels in exosomes. In view of this, We will briefly introduce the main strategies and current research status of hydrogel loading exosomes, and summarize the latest research on exosomes-hydrogel continuous delivery systems in recent years.
