Expert consensus on nursing standard for inferior vena cava filter insertion and removal

Abstract
ObjectiveTo standardize the holistic nursing of patients during the perioperative period of the insertion and removal of the inferior vena cava filter (IVCF) .
MethodsOn the basis of fully drawing on the IVCF medical guidelines and consensus, referring to the evidence-based basis of nursing at home and abroad in the past 10 years, combined with the clinical practice experience of medical and nursing experts in the field of intervention, the first edition of the Expert Consensus on Nursing Standard for Inferior Vena Cava Filter Insertion and Removal was formed (referred to as Consensus) . The final version of the Consensus was formed through planning themes, setting up writing teams and medical and nursing review teams, building a Consensus framework, writing task claiming, division of writing, compiling and finalizing, cross-revising, publicizing and discussing, reviewing the manuscript by the nursing expert, reviewing the manuscript by the medical expert, and optimizing and finalizing the draft.
ResultsThe Consensus included the formation method and construction, IVCF classification and related parameters, perioperative nursing evaluation, intraoperative standardized nursing cooperation, postoperative nursing problems and nursing measures, related complications and preventive treatment.
ConclusionsThe Consensus has a certain degree of scientificity and practicability. It gives interpretation and summary of perioperative nursing content and clinical problems to be solved urgently, and provides clinical guidance for IVCF perioperative nursing.
