Construction of sensitive index of nursing quality in rheumatic immunology special department

Abstract
ObjectiveTo construct a sensitive index system for nursing quality of rheumatic immunology to provide a basis for the evaluation and monitoring of nursing quality in department of rheumatic immunology.
MethodsFrom June 2020 to February 2021, on the basis of literature search and internal consultation, based on Donabedian's "structure-process-result" theory, the sensitive indicators for nursing quality in rheumatic immunology was preliminarily formed. The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of letter inquiries from experts to establish the content of the sensitive index system for nursing quality in rheumatic immunology.
ResultsThe expert authority coefficients of 2 rounds of expert inquiries were 0.851 and 0.910, respectively. The average value of the importance of each index was 4.61 to 5.00, the coefficient of variation was 0 to 0.13, and the degree of agreement was 88.30% to 100.00%. Finally, 17 sensitive indicators for nursing quality in rheumatic immunology were formed.
ConclusionsThe constructed sensitive index of nursing quality of rheumatism and immunology covers the key content of specialist disease care, which has strong clinical practicability and operability and can guide clinical nursing quality control and evaluation.
