Application and research process of the SBAR communication model in the clinical nursing

Abstract
This paper expounds the importance of communication in clinical work, points out that the current communication problems in clinical nursing work and describes the concept of SBAR communication model , background and the application of the shifting duty and transit critically ill patients in clinical work. Put forward and carry out the standardized and individualized SBAR communication model which can help the nurse to determine the patients’ main problems. Then collect the related data to analyze and summarize, which should be quickly and completely passed to the medical staff to improve the communication efficiency, save the working time, so as to ensure that the patients received timely and safely medical service. Expounded that practice in clinical nursing work with implementing effective SBAR communication model can promote the nurses’ comprehensive ability, ensure the safety of patients, promote the physician, nurses and patients to communicate effectively, improve satisfaction , the nurse self-worth and team cooperation. Put forword some problems in the practice with SBAR communication model, such as strengthening the guidance of young nurses, establishing a long-term supervision mechanism, designing a flexible application and high maneuver ability individualized SBAR communication model and reaching a consensus and cooperation with doctors.
