Abstract
ObjectiveTo discuss about the application of information nursing on orthopedic health education.
MethodsA total of 200 patients that received orthopedic operations were selected from December 2014 to December 2015 and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 100 cases of each group.Admission, preoperation, postoperation and discharge procedure propaganda and education were conducted to control group according to clinical propaganda and education. On this basis, IIFAR mode was blended to have propaganda and education for experimental group to compare the functional training compliance, relevant knowledge mastery, satisfaction of patients to medical care personnel, self-care ability and complication morbidity for two groups.
ResultsThe compliance of the functional training of observation group was superior to control group(χ2=14.051, P<0.001). The relevant knowledge mastery rate of experimental group was 89%, which was higher than control group that was 78%(χ2=4.391, P=0.036). During the discharge, the satisfaction of experimental group was 96.55% to medical care personnel, which was higher than control group that was 90.39%(t=11.843, P<0.001). The difference had statistical significance. The self-care ability of experimental group was superior to control group(χ2=9.912, P=0.007). The relevant complication morbidity of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).
ConclusionsData nursing IIFAR propaganda and education can significantly improve the relevant knowledge mastery and compliance of patients, reduce complications, improve satisfaction and promote rehabilitation efficacy, which is worth making clinical popularization and application.
