Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the reliability and validity of the nurses' satisfaction scale constructed by the analytic hierarchy process, so as to develop the nurses' job satisfaction scale in line with the current nursing practice and provide a real and reliable theoretical basis for hospital management decisions.
MethodsThe consistency reliability test method was applied to study the reliability of the constructed index of nurses' job satisfaction, measure the scale's structural validity, and verify the scale's feasibility.①The " Cronbach α" coefficient and " partial reliability" were used to test the reliability of the scale.Items with low internal consistency were deleted to determine the reliability of the scale.②KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) sampling suitability test and Bartlett sphericity test were carried out.Principal component analysis was used to extract factors and Varimax was used for rotation to determine the structural validity of the scale and further verify the feasibility of the scale.
ResultsThe Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.945 and the split-half reliability value was 0.901.The KMO value of the scale was 0.922 and the χ2 value of the Bartlett spherical test was 8 186.019(P=0.000), that was suitable for factor analysis. The characteristic value of the eight initial factors was bigger than 1 and the cumulative contribution rate was 64.437%.Four factors were extracted from the gravel map and the entries were cut according to the results of the validity. Finally, four factors were formed and the nurses' satisfaction survey scale consisted of 29 items.
ConclusionsIn this study, the nurse satisfaction scale has a clear hierarchy, clear structure and comprehensive content, with reliable reliability and validity, which can be applied in clinical practice and provide guidance for clinical nursing.
