The effect of continuous nursing in relieving cancer pain patients

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of continuous nursing on patients with cancer pain.
MethodsFrom April 2016 to September 2017, 128 patients with various malignant solid tumors were selected.The patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and continuous nursing group with 64 cases each.The treatment compliance, cancer pain, quality of life, anxiety and depression before and after nursing in the two groups were compared and evaluated.
ResultsThe pain score of patients in the continuous care group was lower than that before nursing and conventional care group, while the treatment compliance was significantly higher than that before nursing and conventional nursing group.The scores of psychological field, physiological field, environmental field and social relationship in the continuous care group were all higher than those before nursing and conventional nursing group, and the scores of anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and depression self-rating scale (SDS) were higher than those before nursing and conventional nursing group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).
ConclusionsContinuous nursing has a significant effect on alleviating cancer pain and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
