Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of intensive rehabilitation intervention combined with empathic nursing on mental state, treatment compliance and quality of life of cerebral infarction patients.
MethodsA total of 150 patients with cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 75 patients in each group. Both groups received tube therapy according to patients' condition. The control group adopted the nursing mode of intensive rehabilitation intervention, and the observation group carried out empathic nursing on this basis. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the changes of anxiety and depression of the patients after admission and before discharge respectively, and the treatment compliance of the two groups was compared. The quality of life after treatment was compared between the two groups using the SF-36 score.
ResultsCompared with admission, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups before discharge were lower, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total compliance rate was 28.00% in the observation group and 14.67% in the control group, which was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P=0.046). Compared with on admission, the hospital before the two groups of SF-36 score in each dimension were significantly increased, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
ConclusionsIn the nursing process of cerebral infarction patients, the adoption of intensive rehabilitation combined with empathic nursing is conducive to promoting the improvement of patients' psychological state, improve the treatment compliance and further promote the improvement of patients' quality of life.
