Application of humanistic care in patients with induced abortion and its influence on complications

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the application of humanistic care in patients with induced abortion and its influence on the occurrence of complications.
MethodsA total of 160 patients receiving induced abortion in this hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by envelope method, the control group and the research group.The control group was given routine gynecological care, and the research group was given humanistic care.The occurrence of induced abortion syndrome, the quality of life of the two groups and the degree of negative emotion and pain of the two groups were compared.
ResultsThe incidence of nausea and vomiting, dyspnea, pale complexion, abdominal pain and blood pressure drop induced abortion syndrome in the research group was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups at admission (P>0.05), the scores of each quality of life index in the research group were higher than those in the control group one month after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups at admission (P>0.05).Two hours after surgery, the negative emotional scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were decreased, and the negative emotional scores in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group.At the same time, the pain scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group 2 hours after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
ConclusionsThe implementation of humanistic care in the nursing process of induced abortion patients, not only significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, but also reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome patients after surgery, conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of patients after surgery.
