Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing pathway on the health behavior and rehabilitation effect of patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery.
MethodsA total of 70 cervical cancer patients admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects. Two groups were divided by computer numerical method.Continuous rehabilitation nursing path group used continuous rehabilitation nursing path, routine nursing group used routine nursing mode. The differences in health behavior, self-care efficacy and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups 3 and 6 months after intervention.
ResultsThere were statistically significant differences in health behaviors between the group with continuous rehabilitation nursing path and the group with conventional nursing at 3 months of intervention (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences among healthy behaviors, self-care efficacy and postoperative comprehensive muscle strength recovery of pelvic floor muscles at 6 months of intervention (P<0.05).
ConclusionsContinuous rehabilitation nursing path is an effective nursing intervention, which can be applied to the discharge care of cervical cancer patients to effectively improve the health-related behaviors and self-care efficacy of cervical cancer patients, and improve the postoperative pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation results.
