Effect of positive empathy feedback psychological nursing on emotional state and recovery of anxiety patients

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of positive empathy feedback psychological nursing on the emotional state and recovery of anxiety patients.
MethodsIn this study, 82 patients with anxiety disorder admitted to the center between September 2021 and September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group (n=41) and observation group (n=41) by computer method.The control group was given routine psychological nursing intervention, and the observation group was given positive empathy feedback psychological nursing intervention.The emotional state and recovery effect of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.
ResultsBefore intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the Chinese version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS)-C21 and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of DASS-C21 and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
ConclusionsPositive empathy feedback psychological nursing can improve the negative emotional state and sleep quality of anxiety patients, and improve the effect of disease recovery.
