Abstract
Tumor-infiltrating B cell (TIB) is a kind of immune cell infiltrating in tumor microenvironment.TIB can be recruited by chemokine CXCL13, which is expressed in the surface of high endothelial venules, endothelial cells, T cells or tumor cells, and then migrated to tumor microenvironment by high endothelial venules(HEVs). After being stimulated by tumor antigen, TIB can proliferate and differentiate into different cell subsets, then influence tumor progression by producing antibody, cytokines and activating T cells.Based on relative researches, this article summarized the important effects of TIB on tumors.
