Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and significance of HLA-A and CD8 in cervical cancer tissues.
MethodsImmunohistochemical was used to detect the expression of HLA-A and CD8 in normal cervical tissue, high-grade squamous intraepithelial disease (HSIL) and cervical cancer, and to analyze their relationship with cervical cancer and their significance.
ResultsThe expression of HLA-A in normal cervical tissue, HSIL and cervical cancer tissue was statistically different(P=0.004). The expression of HLA-A in cervical cancer tissues was correlated with clinical stage, pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis. The expression of CD8 in normal cervical tissue, HSIL and cervical cancer was statistically different(P=0.002). The expression of CD8 in cervical cancer tissues was correlated with clinical stage, pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis. There was a positive correlation between HLA-A and CD8 expression in cervical cancer(r=0.314).
ConclusionHLA-A and CD8 play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and HLA-A has a positive correlation with CD8 expression in cervical cancer.
