Abstract
The second near-infrared wavelength window (NIR-Ⅱ) fluorescence guided surgery provides a new approach to improve the accuracy and safety of primary liver cancer surgery. However, there is still a lack of unified basic standards and specifications for the intraoperative implementation of NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging. This consensus follows and inherits the existing methods and principles of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in clinical application on the summary and analysis of the existing literatures and clinical trial data, in order to promote the popularization and application of NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging technology in hepatocellular carcinoma resection, and to promote the standardization and continuous optimization of the application of NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence technology in our country.
