Abstract
In order to explore the influencing factors of pleural thickening in tuberculous pleurisy and its intervention effect, 260 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were enrolled and equally divided into 2 groups according to the time of enrollment. The control group (130 cases) was given routine nursing, while the observation group (130 cases) was given intensive nursing intervention according to the influencing factors of pleural thickening in the control group. The results showed that the time of consultation and the rate of taking medicine on time after discharge were correlated with pleural thickening in the control group (χ2=7.462 and 7.992, P both<0.01) . The recovery rate, the scores of WHOQOL and ESCA and the satisfaction rate in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P all<0.05) . Targeted intensive nursing intervention can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with tuberculous pleurisy, as well as improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
