Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of pneumatic ballistic combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of infectious renal calculi.
MethodsFrom August 2018 to October 2019, 72 patients with infectious renal calculi were enrolled in our hospital, all patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table: the equal number control group and the observation group, 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy; the patients in the observation group were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy during the study. The patients in the observation group were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.
ResultsThere was no significant difference in the levels of hs-CRP and creatinine between the control group and the observation group before the treatment(P>0.05), but after the operation, the above two clinical indicators of the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05), and the levels of hs-CRP and creatinine in the control group after the operation were significantly higher than those in the observation group after the treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The operation time of the observation group was (78.64±5.43) min shorter than that of the control group (111.55±6.97) min, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage between the observation group (122.47±8.63)mL and the control group (123.56±8.31)mL (P=0.587). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was [8.33%(3/36)], which was significantly lower than that in the control group[19.44%(7/36)], and the clearance rate of one-time stones was [91.67%(33/36)], which was significantly higher than that in the control group[77.78%(28/36)], there were significant differences(all P<0.05).
ConclusionsPneumatic ballistic lithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy can effectively shorten the operation time of patients with infectious renal calculi, guarantee the stone clearance rate and reduce the occurrence of complications. The degree of damage to the body tissue is less, and the clinical treatment effect and safety are more significant.
