A randomized controlled trial on the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis by taking Liangxue Wuhua decoction combined with facial bloodletting and cupping

Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Wuhua decoction combined with facial bloodletting and cupping in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.
MethodsA total of 60 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with facial bloodletting and cupping once. Both groups were treated with Liangxue Wuhua decoction for 4 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated after treatment.
ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (37.93%). The scores of erythema, swelling degree, burning sensation, and pruritus in the two groups were significantly different after 4 weeks of treatment (all P<0.05), those in the treatment group were lower.
ConclusionThe treatment of facial bloodletting and cupping can shorten the course of facial hormone dependent dermatitis, and has the characteristics of wide acceptance and low degree of pain. Taking Liangxue Wuhua decoction combined with facial bloodletting and cupping has a good effect on facial hormone dependent dermatitis.
