摘要

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病(ICM)心力衰竭的效果。

方法选取沈阳市第二中医医院2017年5月至2019年1月确诊为ICM心力衰竭的患者120例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组60例、观察组60例。两组患者均予常规治疗，对照组采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗，观察组采用芪苈强心胶囊联合麝香保心丸治疗，1个月为1个疗程，两组均连续治疗5个疗程。观察两组治疗前、后主要症状积分变化，检测相关指标并评定疗效。

结果治疗后，观察组主要症状总积分均显著低于对照组(均 P<0.05)；观察组超敏C反应蛋白、N末端脑钠肽前体分别为(1.14±0.32)mg/L、(411.21±121.11)ng/L，均显著低于对照组的(2.22±0.64)mg/L、(703.51±295.55)ng/L( t＝11.691、7.089，均 P<0.05)；观察组左心室射血分数(46.12±7.51)%，显著高于对照组的(41.01±7.29)%( t＝3.782， P<0.05)；观察组总有效率为91.67%(55/60)，显著高于对照组的73.33%(44/60)( Z＝1.973， P<0.05)。

结论麝香保心丸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗ICM心力衰竭，能够显著缓解临床症状，改善心功能。

缺血性心肌病(Ischemic cardiomyopathy，ICM)严重影响患者的身心健康。目前，临床治疗ICM心力衰竭多采用西药治疗，如阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物、β-受体阻滞剂等，疗效尚可，但存在一定的不良反应。有研究表明，中医在治疗ICM心力衰竭方面，取得良好的效果 [ 1 ]，常规治疗中加入中成药，可减少治疗期间不良反应的出现。本研究观察麝香保心丸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗ICM心力衰竭患者的疗效，现报告如下。
